A number of networks also expressed interest in bringing their complete engineering and technical teams to Chennai, recognising the exhibition as an opportunity to evaluate multiple technology providers, compare solutions and engage directly with manufacturers under one roof.

Conversations Shaping the Expo

Discussions during the roadshow covered a wide range of topics, including IP-based broadcasting, newsroom technology, cloud workflows, AI-driven production, virtual production, OTT delivery, automation and the evolving requirements of regional broadcasters.

The feedback received from these meetings is helping shape both the exhibition and conference programme, ensuring that BMCE 2026 addresses the technologies and challenges most relevant to today's broadcast ecosystem.

Looking Ahead

Broadcast Media Cinema Expo 2026 will be held from 17–19 July 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre, bringing together broadcasters, production houses, OTT platforms, system integrators and technology providers from across India.

With growing investment in broadcast infrastructure and increasing interest from regional broadcasters in technology modernisation, BMCE 2026 is expected to serve as an important sourcing and networking platform for the industry.

The BMCE team extends its thanks to all the industry leaders who hosted the roadshow and shared valuable insights as preparations continue for this year's edition.
